1) Does the owner have the valid title to the turbine and all ancillary equipment? Answer: Yes he does

2) Can we get a full scope of supply? This is a list of everything included, these can be voluminous. Would also include engineering drawings. Answer: Yes, we can get all of this

3) Would the owner be interested in a joint venture? This would possibly be receiving partial payment for the equipment and receiving equity in the project. He may prefer to just sell the equipment outright which is fine as well. It may come up this week so we wanted to have an answer. Answer: No, not interested in a joint venture. He just wants to sell it outright.

4) Are all the components stored in a warehouse? Or is some of it outside? Answer: Yes, all in covered warehouses.

5) Has it been stored per GE specifications? This comes up since it has been sitting for 8 years, wondering if there may be some rust issues? Yes, and maintenance performed every 3 months per GE Specifications

6) Is it still covered by a warranty from GE? If not, can one be purchased from GE? Sometimes they will sell extend warranty on surplus equipment like this as long as it is stored properly. Yes, it is still under warranty. This would go along with the storage per GE specifications above.

7) Does the title ownership documentation include any materials relating to the government agency’s initial procurement of the equipment, certifications of the equipment by the government prior to purchasing of it, auction documentation and other information that would be helpful to a prospective buyer? NOT AVAILABLE… that’s not information government will share

8) Can you clarify whether the curren storage location is where the equipment was located when it was purchased as auction? No, it has been moved and stored in buildings specifically built to house it. It is maintained per GE specs inside the buildings. This is actually pretty expensive to do but keeps the warranty valid.

9) Does the owner have any information regarding the requirements for transporting the equipment to a new site, whether by land and/or water? Depending on the buyer and the relocation of the the equipment it can transported by land or water

10) Does the owner require a mutual NDA be executed, and already have a draft mutual NDA ready for review and execution by a prospective buyer upon request? Yes

11) What are the owner’s preconditions for a prospective buyer to obtain due diligence documentation relating to, and execute an in-person inspection of, the equipment? signed NDA’s, proof of funds
